The Center for Government Services at Rutgers announced the winners of its 44th annual Municipal Public Information Contest. A panel of three judges selected the winners from 50 applicants from around New Jersey. Stuart Meck, CGS director, conferred the awards at the New Jersey League of Municipalities conference in Atlantic City on November 17, 2005.

The Wall Recreation website was given a Special Recognition Citation in this competition.
