Popular daddy-daughter dance to return on May 7

Wall Recreation will host its third annual Daddy-Daughter Dinner Dance on Friday, May 7, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Crystal Point in Point Pleasant.

“This one will be one of the best yet,” Wall Recreation Director Edward Grill said. “We’ve also changed the location of the event,” he added.

Crystal Point is located at 3900 River Road.

At the Daddy-Daughter Dinner Dance, daddies and daughters will be able to dance the night away with music provided by a DJ. They will also pose for photographs with a professional photographer throughout the evening.

Each pair will take home a framed photograph of themselves as a memento of the evening, and daughters will receive a complimentary gift when they arrive.

Wall Recreation asks attendees to dress to impress — suits and ties for daddies, and dresses for daughters. If daddies are unable to attend the event, grandparents are welcome.

There will be a full eight-entree hot buffet at the dinner-dance as well as a dessert table.

Registration forms are available at Wall Recreation, 2700 Allaire Road. The cost is $50 for adults and $30 for children. The deadline to register is April 7 or when the event is full, whichever comes first.

Any separate parties wishing to sit together at the dinner-dance are asked to indicate such on the registration form. Tables at the event will seat 12.
