Wall Recreation announces programs

The Wall Recreation Department has announced that registration forms are now available for the following programs and events:

• Goodsports USA will also be sponsoring the recreation department’s summer pool programs this summer as well.

Aqua yoga and swim courses will be held on Sundays, from 9 to 10 a.m., from July 13 to Aug. 17.

There will be a “Baby and Me Swim” program on Saturdays, 10:30 to 11 a.m., from July 2 to Aug. 16.

Group swim lessons will also be held for children 3 through 12 years old. The second session costs $301.50 and runs from July 14 to July 24, and the third session runs from July 28 to Aug. 7, at a cost of $409.50 per swimmer.

The cost includes a discount of 10 percent from the regular price.

• Summer Nights Under the Lights co-ed basketball league is a program for Wall Township residents entering grades 3 through 12 in the fall. Session two will be held on Wednesday and Thursday nights from July 23 through Aug 13. Grades 3 through 4 play at 6 p.m., grades 5 through 6 at 7 p.m., grades 7 through 8 at 8 p.m. and grades 9 through 12 play at 9 p.m.

• A bus trip to the Broadway play “Mamma Mia” is scheduled for July 16. The bus will leave the Wall municipal complex at 9 a.m. and will return at approximately 6:30 p.m.

The fee for round trip transportation and center orchestra seating is $111 per person.
